Case Study Narrative

Arjun sustained a sudden lower back and leg strain during training. Using advanced deep tissue therapy, manual myofascial release, and progressive athletic load conditioning, we restored muscle length and spine stability, enabling him to return to playing cricket within 3 weeks.

Following clinical protocols, the patient was initiated on mechanical unloading therapies targeting the affected disc level. In conjunction with deep tissue stimulation to improve local circulation, core muscle activation exercises were subsequently introduced to rebuild lumbar spine stabilization. This double-loop mechanical therapy completely eliminated the radiating nerve symptoms and successfully protected the patient from undergoing lumbar surgery.
